I understand that, by using this form, I may only request a repeat prescription for medications that have previously been prescribed to me by the doctors at Drumkeeran Health Centre. The maximum prescription duration is six months. In cases where a patient has not had a consultation in over a year, or where some form of monitoring, such as blood tests, is required, I understand that I will be advised of this by text message - in this instance, the prescription issued will generally be for no longer than a month. For private patients, a text message with a payment link will be issued. Repeat prescriptions may take up to two working days to process. In some cases, depending on the particulars of the case, it may not be possible to issue a prescription on request and a consultation may be required.
